Welcome to Hive Mind Printing, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
Hive Mind Printing, LLC provides a variety of printing services, including but not limited to business cards, brochures, banners, and custom printing orders. All orders are subject to acceptance by Hive Mind Printing, LLC.
3. Ordering
3.1. Order Placement
Orders can be placed online through our website, by email, or in person at our location.
3.2. Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order specifics.
3.3. Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Payment can be made via credit card or bank account. Hive Mind Printing, LLC reserves the right to modify this clause or limit the available payment methods at any time.
3.4. Right to Refuse Service
You agree not to use Hive Mind Printing, LLC or its website to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, harassing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any third party. Further, Hive Mind Printing, LLC, at its sole discretion, retains the right to reject any order that it considers unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to FCC standards), or any order that portrays irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocates persecution based on any protected category (including but not limited to age, race, gender, religion, disability, or national origin), contains sexually explicit content, or is otherwise inappropriate for Hive Mind Printing, LLC’s production. If Hive Mind Printing, LLC rejects any such order and it is resubmitted, Hive Mind Printing, LLC reserves the right to ban the User and/or IP address(es) submitting such order(s).
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Prices
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
4.2. Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.
5. Production and Turnaround Times
5.1. Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the order. On average, standard production times range from 1 to 5 business days. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays when shipping providers are closed.
5.2. Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are subject to production capacity. Rush orders will ship out the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays when shipping providers are closed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
6.2. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Return/Refunds Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available once any part of the order has begun production. In the event of an issue with the submitted proof, we reserve the right to reprint the order at our discretion.
7.2. Order Refusal Due to Potential Copyright Infringement
Hive Mind Printing, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that it determines, in its sole discretion, may infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. In such cases, the customer will be notified of the refusal, and any payments received will be refunded minus any applicable processing or service fees incurred by Hive Mind Printing, LLC in connection with the order. The customer agrees that these fees are non-refundable and are deducted to cover administrative costs associated with the processing and review of the order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials provided by Hive Mind Printing, LLC are the intellectual property of Hive Mind Printing, LLC and may not be used without our permission.
9. Copyright and Submitted Work
9.1. Client Responsibility
By submitting any materials to Hive Mind Printing, LLC, you represent and warrant that you have the rights to use such materials and that such use does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Hive Mind Printing, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement related to the materials you provide.
9.2. Rights Granted
By submitting any materials to Hive Mind Printing, LLC, you grant us the right to use, modify, and print such materials as necessary to fulfill your order. You assert that you have the legal rights to grant these permissions.
10. Liability
10.1. Limitation of Liability
Hive Mind Printing, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
10.2. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hive Mind Printing, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Arbitration
13.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute related to payments or charges, you agree to contact Hive Mind Printing, LLC at contact@hivemindprinting.com to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
13.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, including but not limited to disputes related to payments or chargebacks, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
13.3 Waiver of Class Action and Jury Trial
You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and no arbitration will be consolidated with any other proceeding involving any other party.
13.4 Collections and Termination of Service
If a payment dispute remains unresolved for more than 30 days or if you initiate a chargeback, Hive Mind Printing, LLC reserves the right to:
- Refer your account to a third-party collections agency. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such collection efforts, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees.
- Terminate any ongoing or future services without notice. This includes any orders that are in progress at the time of the chargeback or dispute.
13.5 Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding that arbitration is the exclusive method for resolving disputes, and that unresolved disputes or chargebacks may result in additional costs and service termination.
13.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including but not limited to disputes related to payments or chargebacks, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration as set forth in Section 13.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action to enforce the arbitration agreement or any arbitration award shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of such actions.
